Web Design FAQ’s

Below are a few of the most commonly asked questions, when having a website designed by us. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call or use the contact button at the top of website. We look forward to creating your website!

Can I Use My Own Hosting Company?

Of course! You are welcome to use any hosting company that you choose. Just be sure that your hosting is compatible with the kind of website that you want. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to let us know and we will assist you. We also offer premium web hosting should you need to establish hosting.

Do We Need To Meet In Person?

Meeting in person is not required, in order to have your website designed. Anything that needs to be discussed can easily be done via phone or email. This includes the previews of your website. This saves you (and us) time. This translates into lower prices for you.

Do You Offer Support?

All websites designed by us come with 30 days support. Our NC Web Design Company prides itself on creating websites that our customers can manage and update on their own. We will go over how to use, update and maintain your new website after it is created. We are available by phone or email for questions as you get familiar with your new site.

How Long Does The Process Take?

The web design process usually takes between 5 and 7 business days. (Mon-Sat) You will receive screenshots and or preview links along the way, for your feedback and approval. Completion times may vary, depending on the project.

What Are Your Working Hours?

Carolina Web Pro works 6 days a week, to assure that we are available for any questions or to assist you. We can be reached by phone or email 9am – 6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturdays. Any emails or phone calls outside of those hours, will be responded to the next business day.

What Do You Need From Me To Get Started?

We will need your logo (if applicable) color preferences and any “About us” text that you wish to have used on the new website. Many customers will provide us with links to sites that have a similar look or layout, making it easy to understand what you are hoping for. Anything else needed is on a per customer basis and depends on the type of website that we may be creating for you.

When and How Do I Pay?

Your initial invoice will be sent via paypal before work is started. The first invoice is for 50% of your total. After approving the look and layout of your new website, we will send you the second and final invoice. After paying your final invoice, we will transfer the new website to your domain and it will be live! It is important to know that we will not go live with your website until your final invoice has been paid. We use paypal for all transactions, because it is the safest way for you to pay and for us to get paid for our services. A paypal account is not required in order to pay for your services. All major credit cards are accepted.
